How it works
WHAT IS THE DIGITAL KIT?
The program consists of a digital voucher with an economic amount, which is awarded according to the size of your company, to help you in the process of digitizing it.
The Digital Kit is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Digital Spain 2025 agenda and the SME Digitalization Plan 2021-2025 and forms part of the Next Generation funds that the European Union is distributing, which are endowed, in the case of Spain, with up to 3,067 million euros.
With these funds, and until 2024, the aim is to give a boost to the digitalization of companies in Spain, starting with SMEs, micro-SMEs and the self-employed from 2022 and continuing with others over the following years.
TO WHOM IS IT ADDRESSED?
These companies will be able to receive up to a maximum of 12,000 in grants to be used in the digitization of their businesses by choosing the digitizing solutions from the Digital Kit that best suit their business needs.
In order to access the Digital Kit, they must do so through one or more digitalizing agents that can be found on the Acelera pyme page. The latter is important because the digitizing companies are the ones that will accompany the companies throughout the application process.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Be a small business, microenterprise or self-employed.
2. Comply with the financial and effective limits that define the categories of companies.
3. To be registered and have the minimum seniority established by the call for applications.
4. Not to be considered as a company in crisis.
5. Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
6. Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order from the European Commission that has declared an aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.
7. Not to incur in any of the prohibitions foreseen in Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, 2003, General Law on Subsidies.
8. Not to exceed the minimum support limit (small amount).
HOW TO GET THE DIGITAL VOUCHER?
1. REGISTRATION
Register at www.acelerapyme.es and complete the self-diagnosis test.
2. CONSULT
Consult the catalog of digital solutions, where you can choose one or more of those offered by the digitalizing agents. The ones that best suit your business needs.
3. VOUCHER APPLICATION
Access and apply online for your digital voucher at Red.es electronic headquarters. Complete all the steps of the form.
4. SUPPLIER
Choose us and contact us to be your digitizing agent.

Basic internet optimization: optimization of essential business information, contact and company profile on the main websites, business networks or business and professional directories.

Keyword research: keyword management, research and research with the objective of developing effective strategies for search engines to rank content and provide users with relevant results for their queries.

Competitive assessment: a monthly competitive assessment will be carried out to inform beneficiary companies of their position vis-à-vis competitors

Seo On-Page: at least two pages or sections of SEO on Page, optimizing the structure and internal content and indexing and ranking of content

Seo Off-Page: the solution must offer this service, which will involve the execution of actions outside the website environment to improve organic positioning.

Monthly monitoring reports
SOCIAL NETWORKS (AID UP TO €2,500)
- Definition and implementation of a social media communication strategy for one year. Definition of brand universe, themes and look & feel.
- Monitoring of social networks: periodic monitoring and control through reference metrics of the impact of the actions, to quantify the results and check if the objectives set in the strategy are being met.
- Design and publication of weekly posts: publication of monthly posts and their adaptation to stories.
